Yippee! After 4 days of intensive flights, avoiding volcanic bombs and holding our breath (and crossing our fingers for the engine) each time we crossed the gas plume, we succeeded! The thousands of aerial photographs are in the box, we will now be able to process them to reconstruct a 3d model (in other words in scientific language, a DEM, Digitalized Elevation Model) of the entire dome. See the tiny white dot above the volcano? Yes yes, it's us :D

And below, our route! So yes it's not very straight compared to the planned route in pink, but let's not forget that we don't have an autopilot! Basically, we have the same navigation tools as Saint Exupéry in his time;)
